Diets rarely work. For most people, following a traditional dieting system simply ends up with some weight loss while actively dieting. But, as soon as they stop, the weight usually returns, often leaving them heavier than they were before they started dieting!
It is estimated that 95 percent of all people who diet experience this cycle. And the whole process of revolves around some form of deprivation (or denial). It could mean counting calories, or points, but the common thing is they all programme the mind to think about food. So when an individual gives up their diet, he or she will find themselves thinking about food more than ever before!
But what if you could re-program your mind to think about food differently? Would you like to form new habits so you lose weight without having to give up your favourite foods completely? How would you like to lose weight without dieting, just changing the way that you eat.

This altered state of consciousness is often referred to as a trance, which is a naturally occurring phenomenon – we all go in and out of trance many times a day. An example of this is when you’re driving and you suddenly find yourself at your destination with no memory of the last 10 miles! By using the power of positive suggestions while in that altered state, it can bring about changes to your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, as it bypasses the conscious or thinking mind, and so helps us retrain our brains at a subconscious level.
Most importantly, you are in control at all times. Some people are afraid that they won’t be able to come out of a trance, or worse that they might divulge information they’d prefer to keep to themselves. Neither of these is true. Nor can you be made to do something against your will as you won’t accept any suggestions that do not fit into your own moral and ethical framework. And finally – remember that no one can be hypnotized if they don’t want to be.
So people are not treated with hypnosis, but are treated in hypnosis.
Most people find the experience very relaxing. Some find that they are also sleeping better, feeling more confident and have a more positive outlook on life in general.
